Overall objective:
To strengthen the role of civil society organizations in fostering employment growth and human resource development in Zadar County
Specific objectives:
1. To build the capacities of CSOs in Zadar County through establishment of CSO Alliance, professional training and education.
2. To promote volunteering in order to increase competitiveness of unemployed on the labour market.
Main activities:
WP 1 Formal establishment of the CSO Alliance, equipping and refurbishment of the office for its work
WP 2 Strengthening capacities of CSOs in Zadar County through provision of CSO Alliance’s services to CSOs (CSO accounting, web design, public relations, project cycle management)
WP 3 Education of CSOs’ members through set of educations (project cycle management, computer literacy, CSO and volunteer management and presentational skills)
WP 4 Inclusion of volunteers in the work of CSOs through volunteering promotion and dissemination of promo material with information on benefits of volunteering, workshops on volunteering in CES, organising of CSOs’ fair and “Days of open doors”. This work package also includes software solution for web page “Volunteer exchange” where volunteers and CSOs could interact with each other and find similar interests
